About this role

Podium is seeking an experienced product and privacy lawyer to shape how AI is built and deployed across its core verticals, including Healthcare, Automotive, and Home Services. Reporting to the General Counsel, this senior individual contributor role involves advising product teams on compliance, managing privacy and AI governance programs, and ensuring regulatory adherence across existing and expanding markets. The position requires strong expertise in privacy laws, AI governance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product success and mitigate legal risks.

Responsibilities

Advise product and engineering teams on AI, privacy, and product compliance throughout the product lifecycle
Develop and implement scalable privacy and AI governance programs including impact assessments and playbooks
Counsel on regulatory requirements for healthcare, automotive, and home services verticals including HIPAA and TCPA
