About this role
The Director of Product Design at Enable leads and grows a product design team while remaining hands-on in crafting experiences for complex, data-rich B2B workflows. This role defines and drives the overall design vision and strategy across Enable’s suite of enterprise products. The position ensures that design excellence, user empathy, and business impact are embedded throughout the product lifecycle in close partnership with Product Management and Engineering leadership. The director also champions the design function across the organization to align product experiences with customer value.
