Director, Product Management, AgentExchange

As the Director of Product Management for Platform Foundation & Ecosystem Intelligence at Salesforce, you will define the multi-year strategy for AgentExchange, enabling customers and AI agents to discover and activate trusted ecosystem capabilities. You will lead a team of Product Managers to evolve the platform into a comprehensive intelligence layer that powers recommendations, personalization, and implementation strategies across Salesforce products. This role requires defining platform architecture, APIs, and MCP services while fostering a culture of technical excellence and driving alignment across engineering, data science, and marketing teams.
