Director, Product Management, Intelligent Routing

The Director, Product Management for Intelligent Routing will lead the product suite that optimizes routing of calls, cases, and chats to call center agents to balance agent wellbeing and productivity and improve customer experience. This role defines the product strategy and roadmap, drives discovery and delivery, and scales the solution across the enterprise.
