About this role
The Director, Product for the MLB Ballpark app leads strategy and execution for the Ballpark app and ticketing platform to elevate the in-stadium and digital fan experience. This role partners with research, design, engineering, operations, MLB Clubs, and external vendors to prioritize work, drive delivery, and measure impact. The Director manages and develops a team of product managers and supports live gameday operations and continuous product optimization.
