About this role

The Director, Product Platform will define and lead the strategy for shared platform capabilities powering Enablon's global SaaS solutions, overseeing APIs, integrations, identity, data, and AI-enabled services. This role involves leading a team of Product Managers, partnering with Engineering and Architecture leadership, and ensuring platform investments align with business priorities and future product evolution. The position focuses on building scalable platform foundations, driving cross-functional alignment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a complex SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Define and execute platform strategy for APIs, integrations, identity, and data services
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for core platform domains
Partner with Engineering and Architecture leadership to guide critical product decisions
