As Director, Project Management — Performance & Reporting at Wiley, you will establish commercial discipline and executive visibility for the AI & Data Analytics business unit. You will coordinate operating rhythms for pipeline reporting, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and serve as a critical liaison between business units and centralized Revenue Operations. This role requires transforming data into trusted insights to drive commercial performance and strategic alignment across sales, finance, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end pipeline reporting for Applied Research Intelligence and Audience Solutions
Own and build analytical models and dashboards serving as the single source of truth
Design and orchestrate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews for executive leadership
Act as the primary BU-side counterpart to centralized Revenue Operations functions
Align commercial reporting coherently with financial reporting and demand-generation effectiveness
