About this role

The Director, Provider Enablement leads the Acumen Support and Training functions, overseeing strategy and execution of support, training, communications, and self‑service programs for Interwell's nephrology‑specific Epic Connect EHR. Reporting to the VP of Provider Operations & Strategy, this role drives operational excellence, customer adoption, and continuous improvement across the provider enablement organization.
