About this role

The Director, Quote-to-Cash Systems leads the end-to-end revenue lifecycle strategy for Waystar, anchoring on Salesforce and governing a hybrid stack of best-of-breed applications. This role involves managing a team of three, overseeing the Q2C Center of Excellence, and serving as the primary executive escalation point for systems matters across Finance, Sales, and Legal. The position requires defining platform architecture, driving process excellence, and ensuring data integrity for ASC 606 compliance within the enterprise infrastructure organization.

Responsibilities

Define and own the hybrid Q2C architecture spanning CPQ, CLM, and billing systems
Lead and develop a team of three direct reports within the IS organization
Establish and operate the Q2C Center of Excellence with governance and release management
Drive continuous improvement across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle and data flows
Serve as primary executive escalation point for cross-functional systems matters
