The Director of R&D and Quality – Asphaltic/Metal Roofing Products at IKO leads the technical and quality functions for the company's residential and commercial roofing product portfolio across North America. The role is part of the NA Operations leadership team reporting to the Vice President of R&D and Quality and is based at the Corporate R&D facility in Brampton, ON. The position manages a team of scientists, engineers and technicians and acts as a technical liaison with sales in Canada and the USA.
