Director, Recovery Housing Program

The Recovery Housing Director leads the operations of a 65-bed recovery housing program for adults transitioning from residential treatment, ensuring participants receive support for long-term recovery, stable housing, and independent living. This role oversees staff, program services, and daily operations to create a safe, supportive, and accountable recovery environment. The position reports to the Executive Director and manages case management, life skills training, workforce development, and recovery support services.
