The Field Access Manager is a field-based access specialist responsible for supporting appropriate access consistent with FDA-approved labeling and applicable payer requirements by proactively identifying, resolving, and preventing reimbursement and access barriers. This role partners closely with sales, market access, patient services, HUB vendors, specialty pharmacies, and payer stakeholders to ensure patients experience a streamlined path from prescription to therapy initiation and continuity of access. The position supports the Northeast territory and requires travel throughout the assigned region to engage with healthcare providers and other access-related partners.
