The Director of Regional Sales at GitLab will lead a field-based sales organization focused on the Civilian federal business, driving new and expansion revenue across U.S. civilian agencies. This role manages, coaches, and grows a team of Account Executives, owns large deal strategy and C-level negotiations, and aligns go-to-market and product roadmap for regulated, FedRAMP-authorized environments. The director will partner across Renewals, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to build durable land-and-expand growth in large, federated public sector organizations.
