About this role

The Director of Research Infrastructure and Implementation leads the strategic direction and operational leadership for multi-institutional trauma research programs across the Froedtert ThedaCare North Region. Reporting to the Medical Director of Clinical Research, this executive role partners with senior leadership to build scalable research infrastructure, secure external funding, and establish governance frameworks for evidence-based rural and urban triage teams.

Responsibilities

Build and scale enterprise-level trauma research infrastructure across the organization
Develop workforce capabilities in trauma research and implementation science
Govern national trauma research visibility and establish external partnerships
Direct evidence-based rural and urban triage teams aligned with ACS standards
Manage external funding strategy and fiscal stewardship for research streams
