About this role
The Site SHE Lead at AstraZeneca's Hamilton site oversees the implementation and stewardship of the site Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Management System across laboratories and GMP clinical manufacturing. The role provides strategic advice to business leaders on SHE risks and decisions and delivers independent assurance of SHE management effectiveness and regulatory compliance. The position engages with internal leadership and external partners (including McMaster University and regulatory authorities) to support site readiness and compliance.
