Director, Sales MDU

The Director, Sales MDU leads a team of frontline multi-dwelling unit sales professionals within Clearwave’s Strategic Commercial Sales organization, driving new property wins, bulk service agreements, and Exclusive Marketing Agreements across various multi-unit communities. This hands-on leadership role involves recruiting, training, and coaching the sales team while setting sales strategy and managing complex property negotiations. The position requires building relationships with property owners, developers, and builders, and partnering across the business to deliver tailored solutions that align with Clearwave’s network capabilities.
