The Director, Security & Guest Experience leads the teams responsible for Event Security, Venue Security, Guest Experience, and Event Safety & First Aid at BC Place Stadium. This strategic and operational leadership role establishes frameworks and standards to ensure safety, service excellence, and operational readiness for all events and emergencies. The position involves fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class event experiences.
