Director, Security & Guest Experience

The Director, Security & Guest Experience leads the teams responsible for event security, venue security, guest experience, and event safety at BC Place Stadium. This strategic role establishes frameworks and standards to ensure a secure, seamless, and memorable experience for all guests and stakeholders. The position provides senior operational leadership during major events and emergencies while fostering strong partnerships with internal and external teams.
