Director, Sr. Fabrication

The Sr. Director, Nuclear Fabrication serves as the executive leader responsible for defining and delivering Aecon's nuclear fabrication strategy across Canada and the U.S. This role owns end-to-end fabrication capability, including market positioning, business development, and the establishment of fabrication shops to meet current and future project needs. The position involves building high-performing teams, setting standardized execution systems, ensuring nuclear-quality compliance, and leading customer relationships to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes at scale.
