About this role

The Director of Strategic Analytics & Reporting will establish and mature OUES' enterprise analytics capability to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves leading a Business Analyst, defining governance and infrastructure, and developing a strategic roadmap aligned with organizational priorities to improve learner outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and mature the enterprise analytics roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
Lead and develop the Business Analyst team to execute data strategies
Establish data governance frameworks and organizational capabilities for decision-making
Collaborate with executive leadership to translate data insights into strategic actions
Define key performance metrics to measure organizational success and learner outcomes

Skills

Qualifications

Masters degree in Analytics, Statistics, or related fieldProfessional certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence (e.g., CDA, CBAP)
