Director, Systems Engineering and Simulation Engineering

The role provides leadership and direction for the Systems Engineering and Simulation Engineering functions within R&D, overseeing system architecture, requirements management, model‑based systems engineering, integration, verification, validation, and risk management for innovative medical devices. The director leads multidisciplinary teams, drives adoption of simulation and digital engineering practices, and ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
