Director, Talent Acquisition- Engineering

The Director, Talent Acquisition – Engineering leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition for the engineering function at Stanley Black & Decker. This role builds and manages a high-performing team of recruiters dedicated to hiring firmware, embedded systems, infrastructure, and technical leadership roles across the organization. The position partners closely with engineering leadership and HR to design scalable hiring strategies that maintain high talent quality and candidate experience.
