The Director, Talent Development is a strategic, hands-on learning and talent leader responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving high-impact development experiences across People Inc. Reporting to the VP, Talent Development, this role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate business priorities into practical, engaging, and measurable learning and talent solutions. The position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
