About this role

The Director, Tax serves as the Company’s subject matter expert for global tax and treasury, overseeing provision, compliance, transfer pricing, and planning while initially managing day-to-day treasury operations. This highly visible individual contributor role partners with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to manage risk and support the Company’s growth from clinical to commercial stage. The position involves establishing tax and treasury policies, directing external advisors, and maintaining SOX 404 controls.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global tax planning strategy aligned with company objectives
Oversee preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740
Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash management and investment portfolio

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPAadvanced degree in taxation
