About this role

Director-level role to establish and operationalize a centralized Bioassay Center of Excellence at Moderna’s Norwood, MA Technology Center. The position leads daily bioassay operations and drives the design, implementation, and scale-up of a fully automated, GxP-ready high-throughput bioassay facility. The role is highly cross-functional, interfacing with Analytical Development, QC, Automation Engineering, Quality, IT, and external partners, and includes engagement with Moderna’s digital and AI-enabled lab systems.
