The Director of Technical Recruiting will lead and scale Intercom’s efforts to attract senior technical talent across Machine Learning, Engineering, Product, Research & Design. This senior People leader will partner with R&D executives and sit on the People Leadership team to shape strategic hiring plans and influence the company’s talent strategy. The role supports Intercom’s growth by guiding recruiting strategy, providing market insights, and representing the employer brand.
