About this role
The Director, Technology will own Grüns systems end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability across order creation, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, and reporting. This role is a centralized systems owner (not an engineering position) responsible for system configuration, incident management, vendor integrations, and institutionalizing operational knowledge. The director’s work protects customer experience, revenue integrity, and operational efficiency as the company scales. The position is part of Grüns remote HQ with quarterly in-person off-sites.
