Director, TechOps Operational Excellence

Genmab seeks a pragmatic leader to head Operational Excellence within Technical Operations, driving end-to-end process excellence and continuous improvement from development through commercial supply. The role involves establishing a lean, cross-functional capability to standardize ways of working and manage performance across an externally managed manufacturing network. This position reports to the Head of TechOps Strategy and collaborates with functional leaders to embed a scalable, performance-driven operating model.
