The Director, University Relations & Early Career Programs leads the strategy, partnerships, and programs that shape the future talent pipeline for Honeywell Technologies. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and developing the next generation of engineers, technologists, researchers, and business talent to drive future growth. The position involves establishing strategic university partnerships, overseeing early career hiring strategies, and managing innovative internship and development programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the role requires hybrid work from Charlotte, NC, with approximately 10% travel.
