Program Manager, University Relations & Early Career Program

The Program Manager, University Relations & Early Career Program owns Boardwalk's early career talent lifecycle, from university engagement and candidate attraction through internships and early career development. This role partners with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders to build sustainable talent pipelines and leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of university partnerships and campus recruiting. The position focuses on creating high-quality candidate and participant experiences while managing the enterprise internship program and early career development initiatives.
