About this role
The Validation Director leads validation operations for pharmaceutical and medical device programs across all PCI sites, providing strategic oversight of validation planning and execution in a CMO aseptic fill-finish environment. The role ensures validation of equipment, processes, and computer systems, and maintains alignment with regulatory expectations and corporate objectives. This position represents validation during inspections and client engagements and supports cross-site coordination of validation resources.
