Validation Manager

The Director of Validation at Jabil is a senior leadership role responsible for overall validation strategy and program governance across pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on sterile/aseptic operations. The role ensures validation readiness, regulatory compliance with global agencies (FDA, EMA, ICH), and alignment of validation activities with product lifecycle and facility initiatives. This position provides cross-functional leadership and strategic direction across multiple production areas and projects.
