Director, Volunteer Programs

The Director, Volunteer Programs provides enterprise leadership for Colonial Williamsburg's volunteer programs, overseeing strategy, governance, and the administration of a workforce of over 800 volunteers. This role supervises a management team including one Manager and two Supervisors to ensure consistent practices across recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention. The position is responsible for expanding volunteer capacity, developing growth plans, and integrating volunteer resources into daily operations to support the organization's mission.
