Director, Volunteer Programs

The Director, Volunteer Programs provides enterprise leadership for Colonial Williamsburg's volunteer programs, overseeing strategy, governance, and the administration of a workforce of over 800 volunteers. The role supervises a management team including one Manager and two Supervisors to ensure consistent practices across recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention. This position is responsible for expanding volunteer capacity while maintaining high-quality service and operational readiness across the organization.
