About this role

Lexeo Therapeutics is seeking an experienced clinical development leader to advance late-stage genetic medicine programs, specifically focusing on rare diseases like cardiomyopathy. This role involves providing strategic and hands-on leadership for Phase 2/3 and registrational studies, ensuring alignment with regulatory submission strategies such as BLA filing. The leader will bridge cross-functional teams including Regulatory, CMC, and Clinical Operations while driving scientific rigor and external stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical development leadership for late-stage rare disease programs.
Lead clinical strategy and oversight of protocol development and endpoint selection.
Partner with Regulatory and CMC teams to shape integrated development plans.
Serve as clinical leader for investigator engagement and key opinion leader interactions.
Drive cross-functional issue resolution and risk management for study execution.
