Disa Utility Relief - 1st Shift

This position ensures continuous production by training team members to cover duties for Disa Machine Operator, Pressure Pour Operator, and Vertiplex Ladle Treatment Operator roles during breaks and absences. The role requires operating in a high-heat environment with molten metal and adhering to strict safety procedures. Team members must be proficient in using computers, jackhammers, and working around refractory materials. The position involves frequent weekend work and lifting up to 50 lbs or more.
