Dishwasher and General Utility

The Dishwasher and General Utility position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of cookware and cooking utensils in a fast-paced, energetic Back of the House environment. The role involves sorting, rinsing, and washing dishes and utensils using dish machines and manual cleaning methods. This position also includes setting up and breaking down the dishwashing area and maintaining cleanliness throughout the front and back of house.
