Dishwasher / Porter

The Dishwasher / Porter is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, dishes, cookware, utensils, and service items while maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen work areas and back-of-house facilities. This position works closely with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure the restaurant is fully operational and service-ready. The role involves operating commercial dishwashing equipment, handling waste disposal, and supporting chefs with operational needs throughout the shift.
