The Dishwasher at Meduza Mediterrania is responsible for the washing and sanitation of all flatware, glassware, and china, while maintaining the dishwashing area to meet Department of Health standards. This role involves removing trash, keeping exterior areas clean, and collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure proper dish return to service. Candidates must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35 lbs.
