Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment. Duties include sorting, rinsing, and loading items into the dish machine, hand-washing pots and pans, managing trash and recyclables, and performing general restaurant cleaning tasks. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work weekends and holidays, and composure during high‑volume periods.
