Dishwasher

This position is responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pans, and cooking equipment while maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area. The role requires operating the dish machine, monitoring water temperatures for sanitary cycles, and ensuring adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen. The incumbent must also handle trash removal, maintain cleaning supplies, and assist with other kitchen duties as needed to support efficient restaurant operations.
