Dispatcher – LACP Lima Dispatch

The Dispatcher works under the Director of Flight Operations to receive and triage ground and air critical service requests, enter details into the Computer‑Aided Dispatch system, and dispatch appropriate transport units. The role involves communicating with callers, hospitals, and transport teams, maintaining records and billing paperwork, and participating in emergency response planning and quality management.
