Dispatcher

This role involves scheduling and dispatching drivers, vehicles, or equipment based on predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs. The position requires relaying work orders, communicating with employees via phone or radio, and resolving service requests with supervisors or customers. Additionally, the employee prepares daily work schedules, manages work orders, and maintains organized records of requests, charges, and inventory.
