Dispatcher

Dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers on a daily or weekly basis, coordinating client transport, and delivering equipment, goods, and personnel as needed. The role involves maintaining up-to-date scheduling software, relaying clear communication between drivers and points of contact, and addressing service requests or staffing issues. Dispatchers also monitor vehicle and personnel utilization, advise on traffic hazards, and participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation for emergent transportation needs.
