Dispatcher

This role is responsible for the day-to-day routing, communications, and dispatching of District Bus Operators for GET transit operations. The incumbent coordinates vehicle movements, maintains schedules, and provides customer service while ensuring compliance with agency regulations and safety protocols. The position requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to handle emergency situations and specialized transit services.
