Dispatcher

This role involves receiving and processing 911 calls for law enforcement, fire, and medical aid services, determining the nature and severity of emergencies, and dispatching appropriate personnel and equipment. The dispatcher works independently under pressure, prioritizes emergency situations, and provides critical information and assistance to the public and various agencies.
