Dispatcher

This role serves as the focal point of the care team, responsible for all scheduling and dispatching efforts for emergent and non-emergent dialysis care in a 24/7 environment. The position involves liaising with physicians, hospital partners, and patient care staff to coordinate treatments and ensure extraordinary patient care service. The dispatcher manages staff utilization, equipment availability, and communication to support FMCNA's mission and compliance requirements.
