District Shift Leader

The District Shift Leader role serves as the next in line for General Manager positions, providing management support at a home location and assisting other bakeries in the market as needed. This position involves leading by example, coaching teams, and ensuring high-quality food and a safe store environment while working varied shifts that may start as early as 3am. The role includes participating in a targeted development plan to learn restaurant administrative duties, P&L analysis, and other skills required to eventually take ownership of a bakery.
