The District Shift Leader role serves as the next in line for General Manager positions, participating in a targeted development plan to learn bakery operations and management. This position involves performing management duties at a home location while supporting other bakeries in the market, leading by example, and providing coaching and training to teams. The role requires early morning shifts starting as early as 3am and includes training in administrative duties such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
