Divisional Commander Executive Assistant

The role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Divisional Commander and officer staff, managing correspondence, calendars, travel, and executive communications while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Salvation Army policies. It also coordinates officer personnel processes, prepares reports and briefing materials, and facilitates divisional initiatives and events.
